MilePay was founded by Derek Yun, an entrepreneur with extensive experience in cross-border commerce, technology, and international digital payments.After more than a decade of living and working in Germany, Derek observed the growing gap between businesses offering digital services and users in different parts of the world who struggled to access them due to fragmented payment infrastructures.

As digital products, online services, and global platforms expanded rapidly, many businesses faced difficulties accepting payments internationally, while many users faced barriers when trying to access global digital services.Drawing on his background in technology and cross-border financial services, Derek founded MilePay with the goal of building a payment platform that simplifies global transactions and expands access to digital services worldwide.
